My 19th Birthday Scrapbook Layout...

Last night I made this layout to document my 19th birthday which I celebrated back in 2011. I was inspired by the Youtube playlist Jen Schow has created called 'Out of the pocket'.

It makes you use your Project Life Cards on a scrapbook layout, not just in the pockets.

The cards are just some I had left over from Becky Higgins Strawberry edition collection. Which I then just Cut using a Tonic Hexegon die.

Yas Marina Circuit Project Life Layout...

I Know on Friday I said I had a few scrapbook pages coming up but I realised I had skipped past this Project Life page and not shared it with you. It is created using Amy Tangerine Plus one collection and I used some basic black cardstock as well.

The photos were taken back in 2012 when I was living in Abu Dhabi, one evening we went to a drag race event that was being held in Yas Marina Circuit.

I didn't add much else to the collection just a few Thickers and enamel dots. To cut the main title I used the lovely silhouette portrait machine.

Scrapbook Page using Stampin up Project life kit...

Today I have a scrapbook page to share with you that I made using Stampin Up's This Day Project Life Kit. I recently have been really enjoying scrap booking again, I have a few more lined up to share with you.

For this layout I used some Iphone pictures that were taken earlier this year when we was being silly and taking shots with my new selfie stick, so I couldn't print them out to large. It was actually really nice to be able to make a layout that was really about the photos, more just making a nice layout and working with the Project Life kit.

I kept it quite simple and added just a few Stampin Up stamps from the set Point & click plus a few Thickers and gems.

Amy Tangerine - Plus One...

To document another day I spent in drusillas, I used the lovely Amy Tangerine Plus One collection which is full of big bright colours and lots of bold patterns. I have owned it since it first came out but just couldn't bring my self to use it, but I have decided its no good sitting on a shelf in my collection it should be used on a layout where it looks best. :)

Going Back in time to April...

Back in April I created these two Project Life pages using the Doodlebug Easter Parade Collection.

This first Page is to document Easter Sunday, which all the family gathered around Jobie and Kirsty's for a Easter Egg hunt :)

The second layout I created with the collection is about the day I took all my cousins and Sofie to visit Gaston Farm to feed the Lambs.

It was a lovely collection to work with and the animal images are just so cute!

Another Project Life Layout...

I made this page a little while ago using some of the lovely Maggie Holmes 'Styleboard' Patterned Papers.

The photos are from a day back in April, when we had a walk and picnic in Tilgate Park, we ended up messing around and taking photos on some tree stumps we found on the river edge.

The Kreative-Kit...

On The bank holiday monday we all as a family went to the Ardingly spring fair, one of the activities there this year was this Water Zorbing, which of course Sofie and Dani both wanted a go on. :)

I made this Project life Page using this months Kreative-Kit. The page came together so easily I couldn't believe it! Its amazing how stressful and time consuming that starting stage is that you don't realise it doesn't need to be with a kit, it was lovely to just sit down and create and it was all there and done, all I had to do was print the photos and then I could create!

I love how this page turned out and it so lovely using the chipboard embellishments and matching paper from the Simple Stories Life Documented and all the matching goodies in the Kreative-Kit.

Have you ever worked from a kit before?

Project Life - Spring Bard Farm...

This is a project life page I made to document the trip me and the kids took to Spring Barn Farm early last year. I used a selection of my PL cards up on this layout. I think  I am trying to work my way through them as recently I have found my self enjoying using 6x6 paper pads instead of the project life cards.

We had a great day at the farm and I had forgotten about how good it was to be honest I must take the kids back there.

Have you ever been to Spring Barn farm?

Project Life - Roundstone Pick Your Own...

Back in July last year Mum and I took Rosa and Austin fruit picking at Roundstone - Pick Your Own Farm, the kids had a great time in the strawberry fields but didn't quite understand that they were meant to just pick them and put them in there baskets and not eat them. :) Here is the Project Life double layout I created -

More Project Life...

Two More Pages Complete :)

The first one is of Grandads 60th Birthday we spent at the grand. I only used one project life card for this layout (the white & grey stripe), for all the rest of I used a selection of Stampin Up card stock.

For the second layout the photos are from when we all spent the day just before Christmas at Longleat Zoo. The paper I used is the 'Frosty Friends' collection from Doodlebug.

Project Life - Drusillas...

Last week I finished another project Life page off. I am slowly working through my 2014 photos, these were taken back in June when the kids and I visited Drusillas.

I think it is completely different working with older photos because you don't include as much of a story about the day its more of just about making a pretty page with the photos you have.

I remember back at when these photos were taken and Austin was only just starting to pull him self up on things, yet now he is running around crazy and you cant get him to stand still.

A jump back in time...

Today I have a Project Life page to share with you. I worked with some photos that we took back in march 2013 when we visited Nyman's garden for the day.

Most of the cards I used came from the Becky Higgins - Project life kit called Family all through I have mixed other card in as well.

Nymans garden is such a lovely place and there is a really nice tea shop there as well :) Working with the photos has made me really want to go back and visit it again s you never know you might see a new page soon with updated pictures. Have you ever been?

Project Life - First Photo's Of The Year...

As some of you may know I was a very lucky girl this Christmas as Mum and Dad totally surprised me with a Canon 7D Camera. :D

So after a trip to park cameras for a memory card. We went out to play with it over the fields in Saltdean. We was only being silly trying to test out the camera and compare lenses really but we managed to grab a few nice shots of each other along the way.

As there wasn't really any story to tell I was very brave and printed the photo's in black and white to fit into every square on the layout and just added a few embellishment's onto the photos themselves to brighten up the layout.

Have you taken any photo's this year yet?
